Have you ever struggled with finding a good pair of rain boots? I definitely have. I used to purchase a new pair of rain boots each year because the pair I bought never lived up to my expectations. My feet would either end up soaking wet or freezing. Sometimes the boot would even start peeling or a hole would start to form at the heels. Regardless, no pair was ever able to weather the rain and the snow in Ohio.
After debating with myself for awhile, I finally decided to splurge on the rain boots I had seen all the celebrities and stylists wearing. It was one of my best shoe decisions, and I finally found out why everyone was wearing them. They were extremely stylish and classic, but also extremely durable, and they have gotten me through every rainstorm and snowfall since.
Flashforward 5 years, and I still wear them every time it rains or snows, and they still look like brand new!
If you have ever wondered about getting Hunter rain boots, I wholeheartedly advise you to go for it. It was a larger purchase item, and cost me about $150. But if you consider how much I have worn them and how long I have had them, which is every time it has snowed or rained in Ohio over the past 5 years, then they are totally worth the price tag.
The boots also come in different heights and colors, but my personal style opinion is to go for the classic tall black boots. They are timeless if you get them in black, and if you get them taller then you will never have to worry about walking through puddles or the snow and getting anything in through the top of the boots.
Trust me. You will not regret investing in a pair. If you treat them well, they will last a lifetime. Happy Spring!
